Yes. We offer neutral packaging with no factory identification on nameplates or crates, custom nameplates with your company logo and technical data, and custom color finishes for enclosures and transformer tanks. We can also integrate specified components — such as Schneider, ABB, or Siemens circuit breakers — into our switchgear upon request. All OEM orders require a signed OEM agreement covering trademark usage and liability.
Every product undergoes a three-stage quality control process: incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection at critical manufacturing steps (IPQC), and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before packing. We provide FAT reports and packing inspection photos with every shipment. For major projects, we can arrange third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your designated inspector.
T/T bank transfer is our standard: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers and larger projects, we can discuss irrevocable L/C at sight and flexible installment arrangements. Payment terms are confirmed during quotation and specified in the proforma invoice (PI).
Yes. Every single unit undergoes factory acceptance testing (FAT) per IEC standards before packing. Tests include winding resistance measurement, insulation resistance testing, dielectric strength verification, and mechanical operation checks. We provide a signed FAT report with each shipment, and customers are welcome to witness the testing in person or via video.
